Appointment requests submitted through our website, by phone, text, or email are not confirmed until our office contacts you to verify the date, time, and scope of work. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but arrival times may shift due to weather, traffic, or prior jobs running long.
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins whenever possible. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements, such as approved financing, have been made in advance. Maintenance plan pricing and terms are described on our Maintenance Plans page and may be updated from time to time.
Installations and repairs are backed by our workmanship warranty as described at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided and administered by the manufacturer, subject to their terms and registration requirements.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting our office by phone, text, or email. We ask for as much advance notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to another customer.
